Clear rules for a smooth project. By hiring Marketics, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payment & The ‘Test Drive
We operate on a Design First, Pay Later basis for the homepage draft.
Stage 1 :
We build the homepage draft. You pay $0.
Stage 2 :
If you like it, we invoice the full $500 USD to complete the remaining pages.
Stage 3 :
Full payment is required before the final website is migrated to your live domain.
Refunds :
“Once the project is approved and migrated to your server, no refunds will be issued.”
2. What is Included (The Scope)
The $500 package includes exactly 5 pages: Home, About, Services, Projects, and Contact. Any additional pages are billed at $100 per page.
Revisions :
“You are entitled to two rounds of revisions during the design phase. Additional revisions are billed at $50 per hour.”
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing all text and images unless you have purchased our Copywriting Add-on. If content is not provided within 10 days of project start, we reserve the right to pause the project.
4. Hosting & Maintenance
We are a design agency, not a hosting company. You are responsible for purchasing your own domain and hosting. We will assist in setup, but technical server support is between you and the hosting provider.
5. Ownership
Upon final payment, you own 100% of the website code and design. We claim no recurring royalties or ownership rights. You are free to move, edit, or delete the site as you see fit.
6. Liability
Marketics is not liable for any loss of business due to server downtime, hacked websites, or changes in Google’s search algorithms.
